The printer does everything required and is easy to use. Speed of printing and sending faxes is good

Great printer but dont make my mistake and think its WiFi.
The printer could be easier to unpack but its set up is child's play. Its huge ink cartridges and its clear crisp output makes it ideal for the medium to large office. Its Network set up is easy and precise but the inference that it is WiFi, as stated on some web sites, is wrong. This beast connects via cable which is the only flaw in an otherwise great printer. Perhaps the next model will be better equipped!
Still, its a printer worth owning.

easy to install
Just got it .. it's easy to install and colour looks good. Has to be a lot better value than the Colour Laser MFC that I just binned after 2 years

This product is versatile, speedy and good value
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of output from this product. Its versatility is also top notch and it has all the features that I had been seeking. It has durable ink with separate CMYK tanks, it's able to share its functions over our LAN, perform duplexing for its printing, copying, scanning, faxing, if needed. It's speedy without compromising the excellent quality of the output. It was even a good fit on my desk and has a pleasant-enough colour. I did however have some initial software compatibility issues trying to scan on my preferred operating system (Mac OS/X 10.9 Mavericks) but now that I've downloaded and run various updaters and installed the Epson Software Updater, everything hopefully will now continue to work as it should.
