Brilliant image quality requires high colour brightness (colour light output), and Epson® 3LCD projectors have 3 x Brighter Colours than leading competitive projectors*.
One brightness measurement (lumens) is not enough. A projector’s specification needs to show both high colour brightness and high white brightness. If colour brightness is lower than white brightness, images may be dark, dull and lose detail. If not provided, be sure to ask for a projector’s colour brightness specification.
* Compared to leading 1-chip DLP business and education projectors based on NPD data, July 2011 through June 2012. Colour brightness (colour light output) measured in accordance with IDMS 15.4. Colour brightness will vary depending on usage conditions.
The EB-965 has convenient wireless features built-in to connect wirelessly to a computer or laptop via a direct peer-to-peer connection. Also connect wirelessly to a network and make a presentation or monitor/control your projector over the wireless network. (Wireless LAN not included)
For incredibly easy peer-to-peer wireless connection on the fly without the need for additional software, add the ELPAP09 Easy MP wireless connection USB Key.

Display and control content from your iPhone, iPad or iPod and Android devices with the Epson iProjection App on any nearby wireless or networked Epson projector. This free application allows road warriors to travel light and present from their mobile devices. For teachers, it makes it easy to walk around the class and still be able to share engaging content — larger-than-life. The app is easy to use and navigate with intuitive menu options that make it simple to bring your content to the big screen.
The Multi PC Projection feature allows a network of up to 50 devices to be connected to a single projector. A new addition to Multi PC Projection sees smart devices such as iOS or Android Device being able to join the network. Another additional feature that has been built into the EB-900 Series allows a PC to act as a Moderator, who can then select up to 4 of the connected devices and project their screens from the projector. The addition of a Moderator helps to maintain control and prevents tampering with the projected screen.

The EB-965 is very versatile in the classroom or office, and features a host of input options. The unit boasts HDMI, Video, S-Video, 2x VGA, USB A & B, 2 x Audio In, and RS232C inputs. Outputs include; Monitor Out and Audio Out.

Easy integration and advanced connectivity features allow you to evolve your classroom or office as you incorporate additional technology. These projectors can also be connected directly to the Epson DC06 Visualiser to help facilitate effective presentations and lessons without the need for a PC.

The EB-965 utilises a lamp priced at $129 and makes use of a High Efficiency Filter; extending the life of your projector and allowing for hassle free maintenance.
Lamp life for the EB-965 has an impressive 5,000 hours in high brightness mode or an amazing 6,000 hours in ECO mode.
