Won't buy Epson again

After 12 months of low volume use, the plastic screen on the automatic document feed has become scratched so that there is a line on every scan. It is not possible to replace the plastic screen without going to a service centre and paying to replace the entire ADF plus a labour charge, equal to about half the cost of the product. Scanner now useless after 12 months!

Both Side Scanning Does Not Work

Duplex scanning does not work, it jams every time. Sometimes it does both sides of the first page but always jams on the second page. I have not even tried to scan more than 2 double sided pages yet because I have not got past the second page. I want my money back, this does not work.
