For optimum performance, it is recommended that 1000Base-T Ethernet networking be employed. A network with external Web access will be required for installation, registration and software activation. Operation of Epson Cloud Solution PORT will require that the printer be connected to a network with Internet access and a router configured for two-way data exchange. The typical operational environment for this printer will require a calendar-style heat press, which will need to be sourced separately. Please speak with your dealer for recommendations. |

| The printer and any associated options purchased with it is supplied with a limited 30-day warranty that covers parts and labour. A bonus, optional 1-year CoverPlus is included, subject to registration and connection to PORT. The printer may be ordered with additional CoverPlus for a total maximum cover of up to 5 years. Packages with subsidised pricing are available for 3- and 5-year periods. Customers who wish to extend their coverage to 2 or 4 years can purchase additional cover separately. Limitations apply to the provision of warranty and CoverPlus (see below). Support is only provided for product supplied through Epson Australia or Epson New Zealand. The facility is provided in conjunction with the authorised large format reseller through which the product is ordered and Epson’s network of authorised service partners. Service will be provided onsite at no charge for equipment located in major metropolitan areas with ready access. Regional locations and installations with difficult access may receive onsite service subject to imposition of a travelling/access charge. IMPORTANT NOTES Service may be restricted or limited if equipment is not installed in an appropriate environment, not appropriately maintained, be modified, used outside of specificatiampon and/or with non-Epson consumables.
