| SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS |

A Personal Computer will be required for installation and operation of this printing system. The PC should have a minimum 2Ghz processor, 2GB or more memory (8GB recommended) and 32GB or more storage (SSD recommended for max performance), 1024x768 or higher res monitor, running 64bit Win 8.1 or Mac OS X/10.12 or higher. Web access will be required for installation, registration and software activation. Operation of Epson Total Solution will require that the printer be connected to a network with Internet access and the router configured for two way data exchange.
A 3rd party Heat Press with adjustable temperature, pressure and timer will be required. Presses can be sourced from a number of suppliers in various sizes and formats. Please contact your dealer for options.
Use of white ink and output on fabric with a high level of polyester, rayon or other man-made fibres requires material to be pre-treated prior to printing. Pre-treatment liquid can be applied manually (roller or spray) however for optimum results a pre-treatment machine is recommended.
When using the USB direct print function files must be processed through Garment Creator first. |

This printer is covered by a 30 day warranty that covers parts and labour. It is supplied with additional CoverPlus that extends cover to a total of 1, 3 or 5 years. Customers who need 2 or 4 year cover should purchase an additional 1 year of CoverPlus. Customers who order their printer with 1 or 3 year CoverPlus may extend cover through the purchase of one or more CoverPlus Packs within 365 days of the original installation (total cover may not exceed 5 years).
Limitations apply to the provision of Warranty and CoverPlus. Support is only provided for product supplied through Epson Australia or Epson New Zealand. The facility is provided in conjunction with the Authorised Large Format Reseller through which the product is ordered and Epson’s network of Authorised Service partners. Service will be provided on-site at no charge for equipment located in major metropolitan areas with ready access. Regional locations and installations with difficult access may receive on-site service subject to imposition of a travelling/access charge.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Epson Cloud Solution PORT is a secure cloud based service that is used to facilitate the provision of support on this model. Agreement to the terms of supply and registration under the program is required to enable fulfilment of CoverPlus. During operation the printer must remain connected to a network with Internet access via a router configured for two way data transfer.
This model supports User Self Replacement of print heads. Operation requires Epson Total Solution and nomination of one or more staff members to perform the process. Staff should have a moderate level of technical skill and will be required to undertake training (this can generally be performed during the installation process). In the event that staff leave employment replacements will need to be nominated and undertake training (this may attract additional charges).
Service may be restricted or limited if equipment is not installed in an appropriate environment, not appropriately maintained, be modified, used outside of specification &/or with non-Epson consumables.
