Print speeds are based on a job containing 30 jpeg images made borderless using Order Controller, computed from the time taken for the first print to exit to the last. Actual performance will vary depending on a range factors including the number of prints per job, image types, sizes and resolution, PC performance and printer connection, print mode and image length, media type and width. A small amount of media wastage occurs between every print to ensure consistent quality and accurate sizing. If a series of images are printed individually they will take longer to produce than a multi-print job and result in increased media wastage. |

Delivery and installation is not included. If required it can usually be organised by Epson authorised Commercial Printer Dealers at an additional charge. A small amount assembly and configuration will be required and should be discussed with your dealer. |

Support and Service is provided via authorised Epson authorised Commercial Printer Dealers. If you have a problem with a SureLab printer, a related option or consumable please contact your dealer for initial problem evaluation. Should a printer require service this will be provided on-site free of charge within the period covered by your Warranty and any optional CoverPlus Pack. Travelling charges may apply for equipment located outside major metro areas &/or with difficult access IMPORTANT: Provision of service and support is subject a range of conditions including correct installation, operation in an appropriate environment, regular and appropriate user maintenance (as directed by the machine &/or in the user manual), and use of correct Epson consumables including ink, media and maintenance items (details can be found on the consumables tab of this web site). Customers are recommended to review the Epson's SureLab Printer Warranty for additional terms and conditions prior to purchase. |
