When Epson introduced Epson PhotoEnhance, it set a new standard in providing users with the ability to generate photo lab quality prints without the need for extensive manual image manipulation. Using highly sophisticated algorithms, which are built into the Epson PictureMate PM215, PhotoEnhance can be used to analyse image data and, where necessary, automatically adjust printer settings to correct images that have been backlit, over-exposed or suffer from poor colour palettes.
