Epson Perfection V30
Four customisable push buttons
Designed to afford users at all levels of experience the benefits of fast, high quality document and photo scanning, the Epson Perfection V30 features four customisable push buttons for one touch scanning. The default settings for the buttons are:
- Start: The Start button automatically invokes the PC–based Epson Scan software, providing simple and immediate access to the Epson Perfection V30’s total set of software scanning tools.
- Copy: Providing the functionality of a versatile copying machine, the Copy button streamlines the process of creating duplicate copies of your documents and photos.
- Scan to E-mail: Automatically activating the Epson Scan Full Auto mode and the Send File via E–mail dialog box, the Scan to E–mail Button significantly streamlines the scanning and e–mailing of images and even documents.
- Scan to PDF: This is the ideal option for home and business users who require quick conversion of paper–based documents to more versatile digital PDF format.
Using the bundled Epson Event Manager software, the actions of each of the four buttons can be assigned to any one of the four pre–defined job settings (Start, Copy, Scan to E-mail, Scan to PDF) or ten user–defined custom settings.
Created using a straightforward on–screen configuration panel, custom job settings can be defined to incorporate a comprehensive range of operational settings. These can include resolution, brightness, file save format and a host of others, ensuring the Epson Perfection V30 provides a perfect fit for your scanning requirements and preferences.
