Great multifunction printer
I was after a printer that could accept and print the occasional A3 plus be an every day A4 printer. scanner copier.
I have had the Epson WF 7845 for about a month now great performance easy to set up highly flexible in paper stock from plain paper to high quality photo paper.
Very Happy with it.

Great straight out of the box
After replacing an older Epson printer (7yrs old) with the newer model (WF-7845) and the updated tech, it is great that it again works well straight out of the box. The printer is certainly larger than the previous model, is easy to use and it will hopefully have the same life as the older model.

Great print quality
Replaces a 12 year old but very similar printer from another maker. It's biggest problem was clogging printhead. Time will tell if this WF-7845 is better, I certainly hope so. Installation was very easy.... except it took me some time to figure out how the paper trays work. You see, to load A3 paper you have to extend the paper cassettes, and that was nowhere explained - first I thought this printer can only use the rear paper tray for A3, only then I found out the cassettes are made of 2 parts that slide into each other. All good now. This printer has a good wifi antenna, works fine quite a distance away from my router, I am surprised and pleased. I would buy this again.... but I have two other printers, a color laser for high volume and photo printer for photos. So I mainly use this for it's large scanner as a copier and to print out A3 documents, on average likely just a couple page per day, so the very expensive ink cartridges do not worry me too much. If this was my only printer, it would cost me way too much to run and I would rather go with an ink tank printer!

Finally! A great printer
I would have gone through dozens of printers over the past several years and each one has been disappointing or woeful. First time using Epson and WOW! I am so happy with this. Speed and quality 10/10
