Rated 2 out of 5 by from No accessible setup guide I could not in good conscience recommend Epson to anyone at the moment. The printer seems to be working ok, but the setup was an unnecessary nightmare. Epson is too cheap to include a setup guide with the product, and the online guides are difficult to find (!) and the diagrams are unclear. Don’t do it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Printer cartridges are more expensive than the printer I am very disappointed on how often i need to change and expensive the printer cartridges. It would be cheaper to purchase a new printer every time. I probably will not purchase an Epson again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The first unit I bought was defective; 2nd is OK. Wasted $77 of ink trying to get the first one working! I bought my first one of these at 9am this morning. By 11am, after 2 'phone calls to Epson support, it was clear that the printer was defective (no ink coming out of the CYAN jets). In addition, the 4 supplied ink tanks were almost empty out-of-the-box, so I had to buy a new $77 4-pack of ink just to try to get the first printer working. Fortunately, the retailer replaced the printer and by 12pm I had the new printer working OK. It took Epson support 8 hours to issue me a "DOA" replacement code for the bad printer (obviously not needed now). However I am now out of pocket for a $77 pack of 4 ink cartridges. I had asked Epson support via email to compensate me for the ink; in their email response containing the DOA code, they completely ignored my request for compensation. I have written back to Epson support, re-requesting compensation (eg. a new 4-pack of ink). My review summary is this: the (2nd) printer works, but it is off very poor "plasticky" build. Obviously the quality control is terrible, given my experience. Be warned that cleaning the print heads about 10 times uses up 4 entire ink cartridges!! I cannot recommend this printer at all. And I am not satisfied with the technical support.
