Types of Service Packs

Epson provides the flexibility to choose from a number of available options in line with your specific need & budget.

Epson CoverPlus Service Packs
Return to Base These service packs offer repair for your product at an Epson Authorised Service Agent for the duration of the selected coverage period. All parts and labour are covered other than consumables.

Available for up to an additional 2 or 4 years depending on the product type, and purchased as yearly additions (for example, after the initial 12 month Express Warranty you could purchase CoverPlus for Year 2, or Year 2 and Year 3 (two individual certificates are provided) and so on.
Rapid Exchange These service packs offer next day rapid exchange service which offer an exchange for your faulty product with a functional equivalent for the duration of the coverage period.

2 Years Rapid Exchange cover available on selected projector models.
Exchange These service packs offer an exchange for your faulty product with a functional equivalent for the duration of the coverage period.

2 Years Exchange cover available on selected printer and scanner models.
On-Site These service packs offer on-site repair for your product by an Epson Authorised Service Agent during the selected duration of the coverage period. All parts and labour are covered other than consumables.
