Edge Print Pro is the latest edition of Epson’s advanced image processing and production software. It combines the functionality of a basic to mid-level RIP with an efficient and straight forward interface. This new version incorporates the most up to date Adobe Print Engine with enhanced PDF handling, support for anti-aliasing and transparency effects.

While traditional RIP applications are limited by the need to support a range of machines from multiple vendors, Epson developed Edge Print specifically for our of Large Format Printers. It gives users access to the full power inherent in our equipment including our full range of print modes, our smallest dot sizing, advanced LUT tables and Half Tone Modules. Superior output can be produced with reduced grain, enhanced colour, higher precision, predictability and repeatability.

Unlike traditional applications, Edge Print also provides true on-screen visualisation. Operators can see what their output will actually look like including variables such as the input profile, media profile and rendering intent. Image processing can be completed quickly while errors and wastage can be minimised.

The software is quick to learn and easy to use. It incorporates a raft of features not usually found in a product of its class including auto image nesting, step & repeat, tiling, and hot folder operation. Each copy will drive up to 4 printers and up to 4 copies can be loaded on a single PC. it works in conjunction with Epson Edge Dashboard, Epson Accounting Tool and Epson Cloud Solution Port to provide a complete management solution for signage and poster work with downloadable media and print profile settings, advanced tracking and costing facilities.
