Your Epson DTG printer features integrated self-cleaning. The system incorporates a number of consumable components that periodically need to be replaced. It is important that these are replaced as per the schedule and process listed in your user manual and/or advised by the printer. If this is not performed in a timely and correct manner it may cause problems with the printer, the cessation of operation, invalidation of warranty and/or the terms of a Service Pack.
This kit includes a replacement flushing pad and capping unit along with a set of gloves. A replacement head wiper
(C13S210142) and printer maintenance kit (C13T736200) are sold separately. No special tools are required for use however please follow instructions provided in your printer user guide.

Manual Head Wiper

Over time ink can build up on SureColor print heads which reduces print head performance and can lead to miscellaneous ink blots. As part of the regular user maintenance operators need to remove the build up with this wiper designed to facilitate the process.

The waste ink bottle collects the small amount of excess ink which results from the printing and head cleaning process. One bottle is supplied with each printer and is re-usable. Additional &/or replacement bottles can be ordered if required.
Note: Waste Ink should be disposed of responsibly. A 10L recycling container suitable for Aqueous, Solvent, Dye Sub, UV and DTG ink is available from Epson Spares – product code 10-CUBE-N.

Replacement 4L Waste Ink Bottle

The waste bottle collects excess ink and other fluids which results from printing and cleaning processes. One or two bottles are supplied with each printer and are reusable. Additional and/or replacement bottles can be ordered if bottles becomes damaged or soiled.
Notes on Usage:
It is important that ink types not be mixed and ink is not be mixed with other fluids including optimiser, pre-treatment liquid and the like.

Replacement Anti-Drying Cap
Product Code: C13S210109
Your printer includes anti-drying caps that prevent ink on print heads solidifying when not in use. Over time these caps will wear and require replacement (please consult your user guide for details on the process).
