You will NOT be disappointed!
We went looking for a replacement to our colour mutifunction centre. We found that at alot of places we went we had more of an idea than the salesperson did. Then we came across the Artisan 837 and our search stopped.
It has all of the features you need. All the need to haves and loads of nice to haves too!
Setting it up was a breeze and it is a pleasure to use.
You really WON'T be disappointed with this.

Could be great but isn't
I bought this because it is one of the few that prints CD/DVD disks. It's output quality is OK and print speed isn't bad. Networkin was a bit finicky after reinstalling one of my computer OS and documentation is insufficient. EG I had to manually get the scanner to network wirelessly with the computer even though I already had the printing section working fine. I worked this out on my own after much waste of time.
For a printer that is designed to print photos as one of its core functions the scanner though fast is a lower quality system from a company that makes great ones. I didn't buy an all in one to have to buy an outboard scanner as well. Paper loading is poor at around 100 pages but what is really poor is the after printing capacity of 30 - 40 pages so you can't just leave the computer while it prints off 80 copies as they will wind up on the floor which they often do any way with the toy like collector system being easy to upset. Form factor is excellent and software is generally pretty usable.
