Feature packed and impressive speed all in a compact design
I bought the Epson FastFoto FF-680W scanner to digitize my old photos and my postcard collection and I am very impressed with its performance. It scans photos very quickly and quietly, and the quality is excellent. The scanner has a compact design that fits well on my desk, and the software that comes with it is easy to use and has many features. I especially like the double sided scanning option, which allows me to scan both sides of a photo or document in one pass. This is great for postcards, trading cards, or any other items that have information on both sides. The only drawback I noticed is that the scanner may leave very slight indentation lines on thicker card stock, so be careful if you have any valuable or delicate items. Overall, I highly recommend this scanner for anyone who wants to preserve their memories in digital format.

Quick and easy
Just unpacked my new Epson Photo scanner, had it up and running within a few minutes. Was able to connect easily via WiFi which is an added bonus. Scanned my first batch of photos and love the reproduction, is also helpful that the scanner automatically enhances each photo and provides 2 copies of each, the original and the enhanced one so you can choose the best picture each time (or keep both if you can't decide). A more pricey item but worth it for the quality of scanned photo's.
