Rated 3 out of 5 by from just turned it on I'll be putting the average in all categories as i haven't actualy had a chance to use my scanner yet, putting a survey within a product registation isnt realy a good idea when I haven't had a chance to use it and find problems. get back to me in about 6 months and ill happily tell you what needs to be improved. hopefully there will be nothing

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This product does not perform as expected Pressing the start button on the scanner does turn the device on. After that - nothing. Can scan through the supplied software. WiFi connection worked once. That was the end of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use This is a great product and the fact I can recharge it is even better my last one required me to keep batteries stored separately. Great functionality to scan document for both work and home. I use it also to scan photos for family genealogy.
