Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality printing This is the most expensive printer i have ever owned. The sales person in store convinced me to purchase it. The quality of the print is poor sometimes with a white line through the text. Paper jams and it's very temperamental. I wished i had stuck to my trusted brand and never brought it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Breaks after one year and you have to pay to repair! The Wi-Fi stops working after one year warranty expires and now for it to work I have to pay to get it repaired! Rubbish printer, definitely not worth it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed! After seeing the quality of photos printed on a friend’s Epsom L365, we were keen to buy a similar product. We went for the ET2850 as we also wanted double sided printing. Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the quality of photos we have printed. The colour has a definite ‘blue hue’. We have tried Epsom Photo+ and iPrint and have used Epsom Premium GLOSSY Photo Paper. The software is good but the quality is poor. If I could, I would return it.
