Q1. When does the coverage period of the Epson CoverPlus Service Pack start from?

A1. The additional coverage period starts once the standard warranty for the product has expired. However once you take out Epson CoverPlus you'll receive all the extra benefits from day one.


Q2. Till what time can I purchase an Epson CoverPlus Service Pack?

A2. Epson CoverPlus Service Packs can be purchased anytime in the first 12 months from date of purchase of a new main unit. For Quality Refurbished Products / Factory Seconds machines, Epson CoverPlus Service Packs needs to be purchased within the first 6 months of ownership.


Q3. If I live in a regional location which is outside the On-Site coverage area, can I still purchase an On-Site Epson CoverPlus Service Pack?

A3. You are still eligible to purchase the Service Pack but will need to either bear the cost and risk of having your product delivered to and returned from a Service Agent, or pay the Service Agent's reasonable travel and accommodation costs to provide you with on-site service.


Q4. Can I purchase multiple Epson CoverPlus Service Packs?

A4. Multiple Epson CoverPlus Service Packs can be purchased for most Epson products. Service Packs can be combined to enable coverage of up to seven (7) years maximum on S-Series SureColor models, and between three (3) and five (5) years on all other products for which CoverPlus is available. The total coverage period will typically consist of a base express warranty (usually 12 months, but longer for some products) plus CoverPlus for each additional year of coverage, e.g. 5yrs = 1yr warranty + 4yrs (i.e. 4 x 1yr Service Packs).


Q5. Is there a limit on the number of times I can have my product repaired during the coverage period?

A5. There is no limit on the number of times a product can be repaired under Epson CoverPlus. Epson has the right to replace the product with a suitable equivalent in case further repair is not feasible.


Q6. How do I know when the coverage on my product is coming to an end?
