Disappointing Life Span
We have had this unit for 18 months, and it stopped printing decent quality within about 10 months of purchase. We get gaps all over the page and despite running head cleaning regularly this unit is now about to be landfill.
Also had to keep replacing colour cartridges even though we only print black and white.
Can not recommend, we will be going back to Laser from now on.

Great SMB Printer
We're using this in our small office between a few people. It's very fast, even if WiFi is your only choice for a connection. The cloud printing features are great especially when you just need to send something to the printer when you're away from the office, rather than having to email a document to someone that is there so they can print for you.
The quality of the print is really good. The speed is very fast (a lot faster than I expected). Holds a good amount of paper. Overall a very good office (or even home) printer for the value.
The packaging is mostly non-fuss, just take it out of the box, rip away all the protective sticky tape and insert the cartridges. Takes about 10 minutes for the cartridges to warm up, and then you can set up WiFi from the printer itself right after that (tip: hit the stop key to change the text input from caps to lower case, before typing out your entire WiFi password and then realising your mistake).
Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Ideal small office printer
Just set up and tested our new Epson WorkForce Pro WF-5190 inkjet printer and we are very impressed. Clear, easy to follow instructions and downloads for our iMacs. And first prints out are better than our old laser!
