Good printer/scanner for a small business office.
I was looking for a replacement for the older (and much bigger) equipment we had used previously. In downsizing the office I didn't need the large capacity scanning/printing but still wanted to be able to maintain quality and handle A3 copies when needed. After much research we chose the ET-16500 and have been very impressed with it.

Worst printer and worst customer service
I bought this printer to scan lots of photos and being the size of it I thought it would be great, but unlike all my other printers it can only scan 1 photo at a time, so it is totally useless to me.
It is also the noisiest printer ever and it has the most annoying messages come up on the screen all the time and you cannot stop this from happening.
Epson don't want to know about it and told me to buy a separate scanner and even recommended one of theirs.....that's not happening.
Then they tell me all the information on the printer is on their website, but not one issue that I have is mentioned on their website.
They told me to take it back to the store I purchased it from, knowing full well that because I had been communicating with them that is had gone over the 30 days for returns.
Never again will I purchase any of their products and that is because the customer service is disgusting.

happy with all features
I am happy with the quality of this product and apart from a few paper jams the printer and scanner have been great in
assisting me in my home based business.
I would definitely recommend this printer to any small
business.
