Poor customer service
I have had only Epson printers since my first one in 1997 and in the past the print quality was very good. I bought this because of previous experience and they offered 2 years warranty if the printer was registered.
When it was delivered registered as instracted but my account shows that I only have 12 months warranty. I have contacted Epson twice to get this corrected and they close off the enquiry without fixing the problem. I have now given up and will go to Fair trading and this will be my last Epson.

Missing too many features which were available in the Workforce series
Regretfully this is not the printer I paid for - the features listed online and in reviews are not available and my previous Workforce Printer was miles ahead.
Missing significant features like Scan to Cloud, Scan to USB (drive) and double-sided scanning and printing are massive losses. There is no tray to fill pages and they all just fill at the back of the printer. Everything requires the Epson application to be installed don't the phone or laptop and IF (like me) you have an office secured laptop that doesn't let you install the app - you are unable to use the printer. They didn't even provide a USB cable to connect it to the laptop being the only option to 'scan to pc'. For the money spent - I feel ripped off.
