For the amateur photographer entering high level competitions
My choice of selecting a printer to meet the needs of printing to a high standard for competition work narrowed down very quickly to the Epson r2280. The quality of print out is exceptionally good when I printed from an old poor quality scanned neg' to an 8" x 10" print, other features are: easy to set up, ink cartridges easy to access, large array of print out formats. The main feature for me is the extra black ink cartridges, as most of my work will be done in monochrome.

This product has worked well so far
I havent had the printer long enough to give an accurate review . So far it has lived up to my expectations. The bigest problem is I have had trouble loading the driver CD onto my Mac computer. I had to download on line.
I am really impressed wwith the colour reproduction from rthe photo.

Top quality photographic printer
Have had this printer for over a year and it is the best photographic printer I have owned.
Prints high quality up to A3 size.
I have never had a problem with it.

Everything I require in a colour printer, as a graphic designer
I have been a user of Epson Ink jet printers for over 20 years and I would not consider using any other brand. The Epson people seem to have their research department perfectly on track for graphic designers and photographers.
Go Epson!!!
