Rated 3 out of 5 by from good features and productivity very hard to connect with windows 10 The printer as a printer and fax and copier is excellent however since buying a new laptop the only way I have been able to connect is by wire, the printer goes offline and will not connect to the wifi I've tried downloads from Epson and windows but as the printer is offline they will not connect to it this is its only fault.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Once over installation product achieved all my wants The only problem with this printer is really not Epson's fault but a timing inconvenience regarding the update of Windows 10. I had Windows 8 which I found difficult to use after 7 so free updated to 10. Driver issues abound with this upgrade but once installed correctly is easy to use with all the features I need and more.
