Good printer for a great price
Due to being a office-orientated printer, the WorkForce 435 offers faster printing and lower running costs than other similarly priced and cheaper 'home' models. I use this printer as my personal 'home printer and it's great. Photocopying is quick and easy, and the ADF makes it even better. I can't fault the document printing of this printer, it's quick, the paper feeds straight, and it looks fine. Tthe photo printing is actually very good for a low-cost, business printer. The 'standard quality' colour prints look fine also. Ink usage is also another plus, even the cheaper 'standard capacity' cartridges last longer than the standard capacity chargers for the similarly priced 'Stylus' printer range. The size of the printer could be a problem for those with limited space, but it doesn't bother me. Overall, this is a really good value printer, and it's low consumable cost means it's also cheap to run. I would definitely reccomend.

It has been a good printer
After 5 years of use, it is still going good. Only issues i have is that the scanner can't be used like a photocopier and that when one ink cartridge runs out of ink, the printer stops printing and won't print until the cartridge is replaced.

will not (at times) recognise genuine epson ink cartridges

Excellent printer
Excellent printer for what we do but the only trouble I have is how to make it as AirPrint to print from my iPad.
