Rated 3 out of 5 by from Less features than WF-3620 I'm a long time epson user (+20yrs), as usual. easy to set up, works as printer well. However, very disappointed to see double sided scanning, that I regularly use, which the previous WF-3620 had, is not a feature of the WF-3820.
