FEATURE PACKED AND NICE OUTPUT

This replaced a ten year old Epson multifunction machine which had reached its retirement age. That also served us well so we decided 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' ie stay with the same brand and level

2nd unit to fail

My first WF series printer failed to an error code that could not be fixed.
Was replaced under warranty with a WF-7710. Now the new one has a blocked print head that just will not clear and I need to use it now whilst working from home.
I have tried and tried to clear it, replaced the cartridges but still nothing. IT MIGHT BE A FEW YEARS OLD BUT THIS UNIT HAS PRINTED LESS THAN 50 PAGES, IT'S LIKE NEW!
I have owned Epson printers in the past, but would think twice about them now that I need to go and purchase a replacement for home and our offices.
