The project was designed and installed on a strict budget with an urgent timeline. It consisted of a series of six meeting rooms with concertina style dividing walls. Projectors, projection screens and audio system were installed in each room complete with a control system. A main projector and screen was also installed to be used when all 6 rooms were opened up into one large meeting area. In addition, a hearing augmentation system was also installed in two of the meeting rooms.

The client was pleased with the fully integrated Audio and Visual System allowing for any of the six rooms to be used independently of the others, or the entire space to be controlled by the master control system. The ideal solution for stress-free presentation.

Coles Group was looking for a projector system that could transmit both audio and video with a single connection over their network in one of their boardroom / Training rooms. An Epson EB-1985WU was ideal as it matched the client's specifications and budget. In addition, it can also connect wirelessly via a network access point. The integrated system consisted of Creston media presenter, transmitters, switchers and customised touch-screen controller to suit the application.

This creates a vibrant and supportive environment, promotes collaborative sharing and an engaging meeting location.

The first objective of the project was to transform the glass partition of Jack Ryder, Keith Miller and Lindsay Hassett Room into a digital display as and when required;

By applying Vikuiti Rear Projection Film on the glass partitions of Jack Ryder, Keith Miller and Lindsay Hassett Room and installing EB-G 5650W with mid-throw zoom lens Digital Projectors outside each room, it transformed the glass partitions into a dynamic digital display platform which is also ideal for advertising and promotional messaging, corporate functions.

The second objective was to create a conducive ambience by projecting brilliant and large images on the metal wall behind the bar area from a very short distance.

5 x Epson EB-Z8050W with wide-zoom lens system together with EB-1850W multimedia projector system were proposed and installed in the bar's area to achieve MCG's objective. Both the Epson Z and G series featuring WXGA and innovative 3LCD technology deliver brilliant, large images and are reliable and are capable of creating the perfect ambience as required.
